This means that these number cannot be covered in any way when making your wagers.
These numbers are 5, 6, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 29, 30, 31, and 32. You are free to place wagers on any other splits on the table as long as you do not exceed 17 wagers including the 0 and 00 split.
